No Customer Service
I just received this remote and was able to program it for my DVD, VCR and TV, but not my satellite (DirecTv)which is the main thing I purchased it for. Although it says it has a lifetime warranty, all of the contact information is invalid. The email address, telephone number and website listed in the programming guide are all out of service. I googled the parent company,...

I just received this remote and was able to program it for my DVD, VCR and TV, but not my satellite (DirecTv)which is the main thing I purchased it for. I googled the parent company, North American Licensing Company, LLC (made in China) and that website is also defunct. I'm a little irritated right now and am thinking I am going to have to return this item.

I bought this remote for a couple of reasons. One I love the Cougars and would buy just about anything cougar and Second because I needed a universal remote to control all my devices. This remote is great, it is simple to operate and the buttons are in a good position to remember. It is a great way to change out your old remote and upgrade to a universal remote without a huge cost plus you get the bonus of the Coug logo and colors. I have 3 of the 4 devices used and they work great. GO COUGS!
