I got this system from my brother who grew tired of playing Gamecube games. The Pokemon XD game that comes with the system is very good. If you are a Pokemon fan then you must get this limited edition bundle now. What's more cool about it is that the platinum Gamecube system comes with a Pokemon XD faceplate that looks awesome, much more attractive than the Nintendo faceplate that originally come with it. In addition, there are many great games out there for this system that you must have such as Resident Evil 4, Super Mario Smash Bros Melee, Metroid Prime, Mario Kart Double Dash, NFL 2004, NBA Live 06, and much more! Most of these games are pretty inexpensive nowadays. You can get them in places like Gamestop.

I recently purchased a Wii system and was totally disappointed so I purchased this gamecube system which makes the third one we have now. The seller shipped it immediately and it arrived in excellent condition. I recommend this system to people with young children. They love the games associated with it.

HAHA!!! finally... a good game that is absolutely freeeeeeeeee with GC!!!!!!!!!! Man oh man... this system rocks and so does Pokemon!! I am 15... but i mean come on!! who doesnt like pokemon.... i have a feeling that everyone has had a chance to play if not own any of the pokemon games... Man this is sooo cool imma go play it right now =)

To hold my brother over while he waits to buy a Nintendo Wii, I purchased this product as a Christmas gift for him. I couldn't find any of the other Gamecube bundles (e.g. Mario Kart Dash Bundle, Super Smash Bros. Melee Bundle, etc.).

How can anyone go wrong with a Nintendo product? It really is a shame that the first Sony Playstation and its successor had to do so well; it is even more of a shame that the main reason that those two consoles did so well was because they have DVD players and so consumers got or are getting a more economical deal, but neither of those systems offer any quality games with much replay value, whereas any Nintendo console does. I own every single console except the Sony Playstation 3, but I easily grow tired of the ones that aren't made by Nintendo. There are many great games for the Gamecube. I really have been meaning to buy a lot of my friends a Gamecube while they wait until it is easier to find a Wii. A person can't go wrong with the Gamecube. There are many great titles such as Super Mario Sunshine, Star Fox Assault, Metroid Prime, Resident Evil 0, and the list almost indefinitely goes on. I love supporting Nintendo and I love seeing them do well.

Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness is a good game. The objective is to catch only shadow Pokemon, which may make the game seem like it becomes dull very quickly, but I don't think this game was meant to take a very long time to master or complete. Not much has changed from the previous Pokemon titles. I would say the storyline in this game is a little more multifaceted than any of the previous Pokemon games. At first, it is kind of annoying not being able to see in all directions, but this is just something to get used to. It is a fun game and easily as addicting as any other Pokemon game and, in my opinion, it deserves five stars.

I received my Gamecube bundle on time, and am very happy with the quality. The only little thing is that the skin on the cover is slightly off center, but no one but me will ever notice >.< I played this a long time ago and I have a Wii, but I wanted the Pokemon XD console because I remember how cool it is... (even though the only difference is the round sticker on the cover)but all in all, I am very glad I purchased this. its a gentle console to introduce your child to video games, i think this console its more for families get fun than another. try it!!!!!

great buy, we bought this to replace a broken gamecube since we couldn't find a wii. Wouldn't you know it the day it arrived I went to Target and they just got a shipment of wii's. Anyways the game it came with is something my daughter wanted so we kept the bundle and have an extra gamecube.

I myself would conceder it the game was for a boy or girl then. I would give a boy game to a boy and a girl a girl game that is all i'm saying.
