I bought this "gift certificate" for my fiance for his birthday along with the Audio X Rocker. Although he throughly enjoyed being able to try a bunch of different games we were VERY disapointed with how long it took them to send the next game on our list (throughout the entire trial). Also, we had several problems with customer service. In order to use the gift card you need to enter a credit card (my guess is for possible damage, etc.) I had no problem with doing that but when the 2 month gift certificate is up, they automatically charge your account for the next month! No notice, they just assume that you want to continue their service. They overdrew my account and I have been trying to get them on the phone for the past two days with no luck to cancel my service and refund my money. Also, at the beginning they double charged my bank account and I had the same problem getting customer service to call me back (despite my multiple messages over multiple days). All that said, it's a good idea in theory, it's just too bad that their buisness practice sucks so much. As soon as I get ahold of them, we're going to cancel and go with another, different, better through-the-mail-video-game-rental-company.

This was given to our son for his birthday and it has been a "blessing". Our son goes through games like crazy and with the rental service we don't have to worry about pouring money down a drain if he doesn't like the game or only plays it for a few minutes.
