Product Description

Colonel Mustard, Professor Plum, Miss Scarlet and the rest of the usual suspects have gathered together in stately Tudor Mansion to determine who killed Mr. Boddy, where the murder was committed, and how it was done. Was it Mr. Green in the Hall with the revolver? Or perhaps it was Mrs. Peacock in the ballroom with the lead pipe? With six suspects, six possible murder weapons and nine rooms in the mansion, there are hundreds of possibilities, and plenty of clues to investigate!

I've always loved the board game -- the only problem is that I could never find 2 other persons to play with me as it's a 3-player game. Now I can play Clue whenever I feel like it against my choice of 2 to 5 computer players. Speaking of which, they (the computer players) can be set to 3 different levels of difficulty.

This is a very relaxing game, slow-paced, not "clicky" at all, where you'll just have to use your power of deduction and a bit of luck.

What I like the most about the game is that it has an endless replayability value. With each new game/case, you can not only set it up to your liking (select your own character, how many and which computer players you want to play against, their level of difficulty), but the case itself is randomly set up (suspect, weapon, room) -- unlike pre-made levels in a lot of casual games.

There are some very handy features that make the computer version even better than the board game: a history of every single move (so, if you don't remember who showed you what or didn't, you can find it there), as well as a notebook that allows you to easily keep track of each card's status with a checkbox and quick notes.

The game awards you medals for different achievements, such as winning a case as a particular character, and how many cases you've solved so far. You can also save the game at any time and load it back up where you left of.

The graphics, sound effects and music are nice, adequate for this type of game.

Really enjoyed it! If you like the board game, you'll definitely like it too.

(Playing on Vista 32-bit).

Not much "action" in the way of graphics or anything, but what the heck, it is a representation of a board game.

The notepad function is handy for keeping track of your clues. Winning is not not as easy as it looks!
