WE Games Double 9 Dominoes in Black Travel Case

I like the black dot double-9 dominoes. I am unsure how long the vinyl case will last. I can forsee problems with the zipper. I would have preferred a metal case.

I used to have a set of Double 9 dominoes that I acquired from an old friend. Unfortunately, they were either lost or stolen last year and I set about finding a replacement set. This turned out to be a lot harder than I anticipated. I discovered classic/simple Domino sets are hard to find. I didn't want the ones with the multi-colored dots (I'm an adult) and I didn't want the cheap plastic or wooden ones that I found in the knock-off shops, and I wasn't interested in the ones with the metal "spinners" in the center (what's that all about?). I took a chance with this set and am happy to report that they are indeed professional quality bones with good weight and a nice ivory feel. The zipper case is a bit on the flimsy side--one corner of the case was already broken when I took it out of the box--and I imagine I'll eventually transfer my bones into a sturdier case when I find one. But if you're looking for a quality, grown-folk set of dominoes, I'd recommend this item.
