This is the best series of team building activities that I have seen. I use them to develop teams of supervisors/trainers in a call center. Most of the team building books I found focused on ropes courses and the like. This one focuses on activities that can be done indoors and exercise the mind. The "Team Fitness Test" really helps identify the opportunities that exist within your team.
