I just recommended this book to some fellow members of a corporate board of directors on which I sit. I didn't think there was a way anyone could easily acquire THE GAMESMAN, but checking Amazon quite pleasantly surprised me. In my humble opinion, this book is one of the seminal books in helping executives understand and deal with corporate culture issues. Over the years, I have talked with both Oracle's Larry Ellison and Salesforce.com's Marc Benioff about the four personality types you find (they're both Gamesmen). This book will help CEOs both understand and motivate the other three personality types: the Company Man, the Craftsman, and the Jungle Fighter.
