Not a quality product and non-existent customer service,

Purchased the watch for my young son for Christmas via Amazon Prime - Watch took a long time to deliver, not within 2 days as Prime membership affords. Once the watch arrived all seemed good, my son wasn't use to a watch so we put it up until he was ready. Six months later he wanted to wear the watch, did so and came home with the second hand off the dial bouncing around between the face and crystal.I called customer service to find out my options and the lady I spoke to said they have NO RESPONSIBILITY once items are purchased. She said I could send it back to them and pay for repairs - that might be more than the watch originally cost. Disappointing that a company that claims to have a storied history of fine jewelry and customer service is finding a way to be nothing better than a seller of cheaply produced items. They appear to be nothing more than a wanna-be competitor of roadside jewelry vendors. Sorry for the soap-box rant but truly disappointed in my experience and would not recommend. If they can't get a little watch right then I wonder about the quality of their "fine" jewelry. Disappointed Dad and Customer |
