From the Manufacturer

Ka-ching. ranks in our book as one of the best two-player card games we have ever seen. It is super easy to learn, plays quickly and yet offers endless opportunities for strategic challenge. It’s also the first card game we’ve published that emphasizes multiplication as a skill. There are many subtle strategies that you will learn as you play, but here’s a quick hint: try to force your opponent into buying a card in order to uncover one that you need.

I recently picked this up for several reasons: it's small, it's a card game, it's for two people, and it has received favorable reviews. All pluses in my book.
This is a very easy to learn card game, which is finished in 15 minutes. The cards are laid out in columns, only the top of each being available during play. Players receive money, and must buy the available cards. Cards are purchased at face value, so 2 sells for $[...], 5 for $[...], etc. When players have two cards of the same color they can be sold back at the multiplied value. So,if you bought a 4 and a 5 for 9 dollars, you can sell them for $[...]. And that's it.
It's all about trying to get high value cards, and at the same time spoiling your opponent's attempts to do the same (since you play open hands).
Good for math learning for kids, but a very good two-player adult game as well.

Excellent game. It only takes a few minutes to learn, and you can play it in about 10 minutes once everyone knows the rules. It's a good game for teaching multiplication to kids, especially if you can convince them to be the banker. The only drawback that we found was that we often run out of money cards. We usually just substitute a stock card that has already been sold for the amount of $ that we're short. Not a big problem, but a few more money cards would have solved this.

I bought this game on sale at the grocery store after Christmas. It looked a bit lonely. It turned out to be fun to learn and play. The game is good for math learning because it involves addition and multiplication but not in a difficult way that leaves a child feeling frustrated. It involves simple counting, adding and subtraction as well as counting money. Buying and selling stocks is also part of the game so children can get an idea of how buying stock works. And did I tell you that the game is fun for adults too? It is. You won't get bored playing with a child and might want to share it with adults you know too. The play is limited to two people at a time so that may be something you might want to consider. Buy another Gamewright game to share with your other friends, family or relatives and switch. Gamewright creates some really fun games. Highly recommended!

But it only goes up to times 6, and there aren't always enough cards to finish the game. It works best of the children playing are similar in math skills.

If this went higher than 6x6, I would have given it 5 stars.

This is a great 2-player card game which tests basic math skills. It also requires some strategy to think ahead about your opponent's possible moves, so that you can deny them a big profit while keeping your options open. Each game is new since the cards are shuffled.

The pack itself seems colorful (and each color also has a unique design to help the color-blind) and is not flimsy. We are in our 20s and we find this game enjoyable, and so do our parents and friends! I can also see this being a good tool to let kids practice their addition and multiplication skills while playing a game.
