I have seen my father for years, buying all kinds of over the counter products for this particular problem. I was always constantly telling how harmful they were for his body...he wouldn't listen. I cannot begin to tell you how thankful I am, for finding this product, that he will take...and it actually works. He has a chronic problem...so he takes 2 capsules a day. This stuff really works great. So I recommended him taking 2 capsules one day, and 1 the next. Thank you, I'm the one who has the relief, because I don't have to listen to my father complaining...and being grouchy. :)

This is a topic that normally isn't 'proper' to talk about, but for those of us that experience it, it NEEDS to be talked about! Due to many different prescription medications and their side effects, I have a very difficult time moving my bowels! I have tried so many things, OTC and prescription, including what my doctor told me to do, taking up to 4-5 stool softeners per day! WAY too many pills AND it still wasn't helping at ALL!
Then I saw an advertisement for Digestive Advantage and decided there would be no harm in trying it! I did, and have not stopped taking it since! Before taking this, I was lucky to be able to move my bowels once a week, sometimes less often, and always very painfully! Now, I hardly ever have pain, and go 3-4 times a week or more! Finally almost normal and MUCH healthier!!! YEAH!
When I first found this product, I was buying it locally. Then I noticed that the stores that were carrying it all had EXPIRED packages! So I did a search, and found it at a MUCH BETTER PRICE right here, and NOT expired!!!
For anyone who has difficulty on a REGULAR basis, try this product! It does NOT interact badly with MOST medications, although there ARE a few, so READ the information inside! Take it EVERY day, and within a couple of weeks, you will feel MUCH better!

I used this product for 3 1/2 months before realizing that one of its ingredients, Konjac Glucomannan, was making me ill. Wasted many, many hours of my life and spent thousands of dollars on medical bills trying to determine what was causing the illness. Stopped taking the product and the symptoms disappeared.

"Glucomannan. Made from the root of Amorphophallus Konjac, glucomannan is said to contribute to weight loss by delaying the absorption of glucose from the intestines. Small limited studies have shown glucomannan to be effective in decreasing body weight. This effect is believed to be due to a "feeling of fullness" which may be due to the swelling of the glucomannan in the gut once it has been exposed to liquids. However, esophageal obstruction has been reported in several people taking glucomannan. Glucomannan and glucomannan-containing products have been banned in several countries due to the high incidence of gastrointestinal obstruction. Glucomannan should not be used by people with a previous history of gastrointestinal obstruction, and caution should be used in diabetics."
