Mafia & G-men in a Role Playing Game, revised 3rd edition,
This review is from: Gangbusters 1920's Role-Playing Adventure Game (Paperback)
TSR -- seeking diversification from the fantasy genre -- introduced its Mafia & G-Men genre game as a box set in 1982 (ISBN 0394525973). Like its contemporary brother RPG, Top Secret, GangBusters operated on a percentile-based rules system. It was a fine game and deserved more attention than it received.
This 3rd edition was published in 1990 as a single perfect-bound book. It contains: * Game Rules for Players and Judges * a 28"xl9" full-color map of downtown Lakefront City * a sheet of 156 playing pieces * Game Statistics for famed gangsters and law enforcers of the 20's and 30's * over 150 characters for use in Lakefront City

This is a very good for the begining roleplayer. Easy to follow rules and quick action. This game is also advanced enough to keep an expaenced roleplayer in hours of fun, without haveing to stress about rules
