poorly designed shovel,

my purpose in ordering this shovel was to unload mulch from my pick-up bed. this shovel is not designed for unloading anything-the scoop is at too great an angle from the handle. perhaps for shoveling snow-but that will have to wait until next winter. as it stands now , this shovel was a waste of money. slow shipping also.
