Fantastic for many reasons!,

My two boys love, love, love the books in the "Blastoff Readers: Mighty Machines" series by Mary Lindeen. They are 30 months and 16 months old. We check them out at the library every week. There are only a few words on each page, so it keeps them interested. The pictures are great because they are actual photographs, not illustrations. The books teaches new words and terminology so it is expanding their budding vocabulary. These are great books, also, for early readers. The back of the book as some great resources, as well. Overall, I would say these books are fantastic, both for a good non-fiction read for young toddlers and preschoolers, and as an early-reader for young elementary-aged kids. Awesome!
