Great for the basic chord structures of ALL of Garcia>Hunters compositions. Transcribed from the studio albums for the most part...occassional tablature for signature song riffs. Well done, includes accurate & authentic complex, nuanced chord structures and not just major/minor substitutes. MUST HAVE as reference for musicians that love the Dead and Jerry! Only drawback is does not have Bobby's songs--none of them.

Great songs, easy to follow music, and all those words that I can never remember. Only negative is redundancy of songs between this and the Grateful Dead Anthology.

Here is the entire songwriting collaboration between Robert Hunter and Jerry Garcia in one volume. The musical arrangements are presented as Jerry wrote them. This collection is a must for anyone interested in playing Grateful Dead music.
