This "Introduction to the world of fencing" is more of an introduction to the social and emotional aspects of being in a fencing club. It's not clear that the author has any particular knowledge of the sport, and there's not very much here of technical value. I found a used copy of a 1982 book ("Fencing" by Jo Shaff) that was about the same length but much more...

This "Introduction to the world of fencing" is more of an introduction to the social and emotional aspects of being in a fencing club. It's not clear that the author has any particular knowledge of the sport, and there's not very much here of technical value. I found a used copy of a 1982 book ("Fencing" by Jo Shaff) that was about the same length but much more appropriate for my daughter. I'd recommend that book instead.
