I purchased these last summer and everyone that comes over just goes crazy over them. They even light up during the winter with snow piled up around them, although not for as long of a time because it doesn't get enough solar in the winter. Very subtle addition to your garden and landscaping.

I bought one of these dragonfly lights for my front yard. I placed the post in the ground among some flowering shrubs, with the solar collector panel just above the leaves. At night, the stake seems to disappear and it looks like the dragonfly is hovering above the shrubs. It is really lovely. Passersby--evening neighborhood walkers--have actually commented on how nice it looks. I confess that I have actually sat on my front step and enjoyed the display of the color-changing light.
I am buying two more for my yard, and it's likely that I'll buy more for Christmas presents.
One caveat that I will add: my Deep South Texas front yard gets a LOT of direct sunlight from about noon to 7 p.m. I don't know if this is a requirement for the splendid performance that I've received from this dragonfly light, but the amount of direct sunlight should be a consideration when ordering these. As long as you have a very sunny area where you'll place the light, I'm sure you will be as satisfied as I am.

I'm pleased with the product & it looks greqat at night but by day it just looks like cheap plastic although it's not.

This was my first purchase of anything 'solar' for my garden. The other reviews sounded great so I puchased two of them. I put them out and thought that maybe they weren't getting enough light because they didn't come on. 'Then' I read the instructions about there being an 'on/off' button underneath! Well I flipped that switch and they were gorgeous!!! I find myself just mesmerized by them every night! They're very pretty and work wonderfully! :)

My mother told me this is very vibrant and cute, I wish I could see it myself, but i live far away. I want one for myself!! Was a mothers day gift.

Beautiful accent to my balcony in one of my potted plants. Glowed all summer into the fall until I brought it in. Love it! Had another by my front porch but someone else loved it so much .... they took it!

Bought this for friends who just moved into a new villa, with a beautiful scenic back yard. Love this little garden stake, especially since it changes color as soon as dusk sets in. Nice bright light, and my friends are enjoying this as part of their "nature" landscape. Have bought some for me, and will consider buying more for others.

Within a week of receiving the product, the included rechargeable battery died. Luckily, I had a replacement from an old solar light. Installed the new battery and the light shines all night long.

Easy to put together. Excellent product for the price. Looks good in the daytime but what a great little show at night - love the colors it changes to. Will definitely purchase more.
