I have owned this book for several years. Every Spring I get this book out and start my planning... I bought a different house that really need to have a face lift in the landscaping department..
I can get all the ideas I need from this book. This book has great photos.
My daughter has the love for gardening that I do.
I am buying this book for her birhtday...
She loves this book as well..

Can't say enough about the product and speed of service from GoodWill. The book was in excellent condition and came several days prior to schedule. Great job.

I have had this book for many years! It has helped me with both ground and container gardening. Currently we don't have a veggie garden in the ground or in containers. Believe me we are missing out big time. We just have shrubs in our flower bed and a few other foliage outside plants. I can not wait until we can plant another veggie garden and other plants that we had in the past.

Our children are begging for a garden as they remember what we had in the past. We did not have anyone to teach us how to garden. I just reflected on my childhood memories of my grandparents (the ones that knew about gardening) garden and wished they were still here to help. But since they are not better homes and gardens new garden book has help us out so much that we can not tell you what we would do with out this book... we had to teach ourselves and this book is a great companion to teach you.... It has so much information. I can not wait until we can place a garden in the ground again. It is so much fun, healthy, and rewarding. Our children love to help. It is so nice to see the work of your own hands. Well if you don't have this one you are missing out. This is the garden book that I refer to....

Kind of lack luster. Lots of pages in blue and white. Didn't get into enough detail on the things I actually went looking for.
