When I purchase Dover Coloring Books here on Amazon, it's usually a leap of faith since they often have no preview images or just one or two. I thought a quick flip through the book - like you would be able to do in a physical bookstore - would be extremely helpful for those who are trying to make a decision.

I happen to like this book a great deal. The paper is a nice heavy weight and hasn't discolored over time. My only wish is that the picture for "M" - my letter! - was more interesting.

The Flower and Fairy Alphabet Coloring Book by Darcy May is a very neat, interesting, fun-filled, and educational book. It can be enjoyed by gardeners, children who like to color, and other people just looking for a good way to spend their free time. I originally bought the coloring book for my seven year old daughter, but it turned out my teenagers (ages fourteen and seventeen) enjoyed it just as much, if not more. After I found out how much fun the Flower and Fairy Alphabet Coloring Book was, I got back on Amazon.com and ordered more for me and for gifts. The pictures in the coloring book are very intricate and well drawn. Therefore, it's lots of fun to color, but also may take some time. Overall, this low priced book is lots of fun and will provide a good time for people of all ages.

We took it on vacation and all of our nieces and nephews colored their initials. It was great on a family vacation.

I'm a kid at heart and have always loved to color. I am so glad that Dover has this line of coloring books that are so high quality and detailed that adults can use high quality colored pencils and be quite creative.

They are so good to relax with and I do them when I watch TV as I cannot just sit there still and do nothing. This way I am not snacking and the hands are busy.

I highly recommend these books to adults and teens. They are a bit too intricate for small children.

This Dover coloring book has been a great way to review letters and phonics with my 4 year old. The pictures are beautifully drawn.

This is an incredible book. The illustrations are wonderful and the similarities between the fairies and the flowers they represent are great. The use of both male and female and baby fairies are so good. They are beautiful in so many ways. I enjoyed this so very much that I have recommended it to many of my family and friends who also enjoy these types of things as I do. Whoever has seen these illustrations are amazed by the beauty in the details of both flowers, fairies and the arrangement of them together. Thank you so much for making it available to someone such as I who loves magical beings and the earthly beauty of nature.
