I used to struggle with almost daily stomach-aches, unexplained vomiting, and seasonal allergies. I read the book "The Maker's Diet," which was written by the man behind this product. I decided to try the Primal Defense, but was too cheap to take it at the recommended dosage of 3 capsules a day. Within two weeks, taking only 1 capsule a day, the stomach aches and vomiting quit almost entirely. When the spring came, my allergies were hardly noticeable. My overall health has improved greatly, my whole system just feels cleaner, and I'm sure I would see more improvement if I were to take the full dosage. I highly recommend this product to anyone struggling with digestive problems, and you might even see if it will kill your allergies like it did mine.

I have been using this product for 3 years. Besides not getting the cold & Flu, this product has resolved my IBS. That makes it worth it .

I'm very conscious of what I eat and my level of exercise, so I was wondering why my energy had been so low... I tried this product at the recommendation of a medical friend who said it's one of the best. I agree! Just what I needed! Keep refrigerated, and best used first thing in the morning before you eat or drink. Enjoy your renewed energy!

Garden Of Life Primal Defense Ultra is the one digestive supplement that I won't be without these days & the one I'd have to have on that proverbial deserted island where you only get to take a very few things along with you.
I am constantly on the look-out for the best digestive aids available & have found nothing that helps me more than Pirmal Defense Ultra. The HSO Probiotic Blend in PDU helps keep my digestive system in the best shape possible, given that I've been dealing with UC for the last 16 years. Foods that have caused me difficulty in the past are much more easily tolerated lately & I'm convinced it is because of the benefits I derive from taking this excellent product. My overall well-being has improved greatly since I began using Primal Defense Ultra & my weight has been more easliy maintained because my food is digested more thoroughly & efficiently. I can't think of another product I've ever used that has helped me more than this Garden Of Life gem. Most highly recommended!

My nutritionist recommended this product to control the yeast in my body. I tried other natural products with little to no relief. This really works!

Garden of Life products are excellent & Primal Defense Ultra is one of their best. I noticed the results within one week in my digestive processes.A stubborn skin rash that hung on for over a month,also disappeared which was amazing. I believe that this product has beneficial
properties well beyond what they claim in their description. Give it a try & you will be impressed.

I give this a generous two stars for two reasons. 1 - it did improve things very slightly for me, and 2 - It is very possible (even probable) that other diets or other people might find this combination of probiotics to work for them, just not for me...

Here is my story:

To be blunt, I lacked "regularity," but I didn't want to permanently be on citrucel or metamucil with all their sugar (or artificial sweeteners) and chemicals. So, I tried 2 probiotics that were very well reviewed. First I tried this product - Primal Defense Ultra which didn't help much. Then I tried something called Primal Flora (available through marksdailyapple.com). I saw a little improvement, but still nothing that could justify spending 27 bucks a month. I had pretty much given up that probiotics could be helpful for me, but I decided to try one more. Thankfully I tried Sedona iFlora and within two days, things started flowing nicely. I've been on it for a full month and it is going as hoped.

I'm not sure if Sedona's product is better, or if some probiotics work better for some people, or if it is the way it works in combination with your diet. For me Primal Defense didn't do it, but Sedona's iFlora did.

I was diagnosed w/ Crohn's Disease (a type of inflammatory bowel disease). This stuff is really good. It helps a great deal in keeping my gut from hurting and keeping me living a normal life. I recommend it whole-heartedly. It's made an incredible difference.

I also recommend All One powdered vitamin/mineral drink. I've only tried the original formula and phyto (green) formula. This has really increased my energy and general health. Good stuff.

I have had Crohn's disease for over 20 years. I have been on everything possible for this disease. The last 10 years I have been on Remicade or Humira. After reading "Restoring Your Digestive Health" by Jordan Rubin, I began taking some of the recommended supplements. Honestly, I couldn't go on such a radical "cave man" diet as he suggests so I thought I would start by trying the supplements. My diet is already "pretty clean." This supplement in particular worked very well for me. This product has helped tame chronic diarrhea caused by Chrohn's. Keep in mind that the first few days on this will not go well. You will have lots of gas and diarrhea while the battle in your gut rages between the good and bad bacteria. After a few days, you should notice a great improvement in your bowel habits and your ability to digest ruffage (something I have not been able to digest in 20 years!). Now I can enjoy a salad without spending the next 12 hours on the commode!

I take Primal Defense in conjuction with a few other supplements and have never had more energy or focus in my life. Take it for a month what do you have to lose? Great Product!!
