I started taking this product while on anti-depressants that were not quite doing the job but giving me lots of weight gain. Together the products were too much. I was too relaxed about important things. I stopped the anti-depressents (slowly) and then began the diet 360 again. My anxiety and stress is managed pretty well while not perfect with none of the negative sexual and weight gain that anti-depresants cause. I admit that I do not take it before eating as the instructions read, but I do not eat too many high fat foods either. I use this product regularly and plan to continue. But, not for weight loss, for stress management.
