I started taking this product while on anti-depressants that were not quite doing the job but giving me lots of weight gain. Together the products were too much. I was too relaxed about important things. I stopped the anti-depressents (slowly) and then began the diet 360 again. My anxiety and stress is managed pretty well while not perfect with none of the negative sexual and weight gain that anti-depresants cause. I admit that I do not take it before eating as the instructions read, but I do not eat too many high fat foods either. I use this product regularly and plan to continue. But, not for weight loss, for stress management.

This product really does help to curb the appetite. It also keeps my energy levels high. For those of you looking for a gentle, safe and caffeine free weight loss product, this is it.

I really like the Garden of Life products. diet360 is exceptional. I've been taking them for 10 days and have lost three pounds. In addition, I have experienced a daily energy boost! This is more than a diet vitamin. Made from all natural ingredients, diet 360 is going to be my summer supplement.

Great product if taken regularly, the changes are slower, but more consistant than other similar products that I've tried.I

I tried diet 360 for going on three weeks and Im sorry to say it did not work for me at all. I would not recommend it.

I have been on this pill for over a year. MAy cholesterol is stable, my blood sugars stable and I have lost about 1 pound a month. Slow and steady gets the worm.

I havent really noticed a huge effect but it seems to be working....could be the combination of everything Im doing but so far I am happy with the product.

I bought this product and for one month I was expecting to have a little results as change my habits of eat, etc nothing happen
even to realize that I spent 40.00 dollars, no change, no nothing, just silence as oriental attitude. Yes is natural, yes no side effects, yes no feeling at all. Don't spent money in this product.

I have used Diet 360 for about a year now. At first, I found it at GNC. But, a few months ago,GNC discontinued this product. Searching here in Hawaii, I then found it another local health food store. But the retail price is "off the charts" and I reluctantly chose not to purchase it at the much higher price. I resigned myself that I would have to try and find another product. I started ordering books from Amazon - because of price (including S&H) and the speed of delivery. When I first starting ordering ONLINE, I ordered my books from Barnes & Noble. Then their "free" delivery" took over a month to arrive. I then turned to Borders, but their delivery is also very long. That's when I discovered AMAZON. One day I was searching Amazon and realized how many different products are available. I searched Diet 360 and was surprised that it was offered and the price was lower than the local health food store here in Hawaii. I am pleased with Amazon's availability of this product, with the affordable price and with the speed of delivery. It didn't take a month to get here!!
