I love Garden of Life products. They are expensive but they seem to assimilate in the body really well. I've never felt better! These vitamins seem to help me sustain more energy throughout the day. Great Product!

I have read Jordan Rubin's books and I love his products. I trust the quality of them. Our bodies absorb these vitamins better because they are made from whole foods. i just switched over to his new ones called "Vitamin Code."

I've been taking these for a few years now - yes they are expensive but I think they compare very well price wise to other wholefood multi-vitamins. There's something not right about vitamins that are created in a laboratory, yes they may assay as the actual vitamin but our bodies have been designed over millions of years to assimilate vitamins and nutrients from food. The body knows exactly what to do with wholefood multi-vitamins as it recognises them as food and not something else; which means that the vitamins are absorbed better.Also, we may not yet know everything there is to know about vitamins created in a lab - you wouldn't buy food that was made in a lab; and I think that should give us pause for thought. 2115|R2UYVUT927ZAHP;2115|R9SQYAGLM7W89;2115|RPE44HE7JTZRD;
