I think this is a remarakable product. I have been using it for over a month and I have far less heartburn than I used to have. I had heartburn all the time for a while.

I have taken this products for years off and on. Every time I consistently include Primal Defense in my diet, I notice an increased energy and feel better. I recommend this product.

I have ulcerative colitis, so I know a thing or two about intestinal health. During the eight months that I tried Primal Defense caplets, I didn't notice any change in my overall health. I'm not saying it doesn't work, I'm just saying that if it did, I was unable to tell (and $30.00 a bottle is a lot to pay for something if you don't know if it's working).

I've always struggled with digestive health - colicky as a baby and then constipated through childhood. My system has always been slow and rarely productive - resulting in debilitating brain fog. And for years I've tried different formulas of Pro-Biotics but nothing really seemed to help. My new Doc recently ordered me to take Pro-Biotics - I wrinkled my nose and complained that they just don't work for me. In fact some even compounded the problem. She said "Oh...you need soil based probiotics". It was a a-ha moment for me. Of course! I instantly had flashbacks of getting into trouble as a child for eating dirt in the back yard. I'd forgotten all about it. I remember uncontrollable urges to graze. Dirt eaters unite! It took about 3 or 4 days for the bacteria to really take hold. But WOW what a difference. I actually feel normal. And everything is moving along quite nicely. Before this product - elimination would take about 3 or 4 days. Now it's less than 24 hours. Yipee!!! I feel practically human. About time - I'm nearly 50.

I like this product. It seems to do just fine. Since I haven't been ill I can't really tell much. So I guess it works just fine as a "defense". I had never taken probiotics that weren't live before, but these don't need to be refrigerated.
