About ten years ago, I was diagnosed with osteopena, early stages of osteoporosis, a debilitating bone condition. At the suggestion of my doctor, I took prescribed medications for about five years, but then started to read the effects of these medications not only on kidneys but I learned that while the inner bone strengthened, the outer bone became more brittle and suspectable to injuries. I stopped taking the medications. In recent years, I have read extensively about vegan diets and the health and anti aging benefits. For osteo, I started experimenting with Vita Code Grow Bone, with additional 1,000 mg. calcium and vegan lifestyle, which stressed green leafy vegetables for calcium. In addition, I am physically active with sports, running, biking, hiking yoga and weights. A recent bone density test showed some improvement in the femur density. I plan to continue this regimen with hopes of keeping bones strong. However, the vitamins are costly and can be a deterrant. I do recommend Vita Code which I found to be a little less costly on amazon where the service was prompt.

These vitamins are helping to control osteoporosis. They are loaded with vitamins, calcium, and much more. My last bone density testshowed a slight increase instead of a decrease. The shipping was fast and communication was great. Payment was fast and easy. Everything went great!

I have been taking this product for over six months. Although I did not qualify for the Grow Bone Challenge, I had a Dexa before starting the product and six months later had a new one...My bone density has improved in all areas except one. I highly recommend this product.
