This brand was recommended for it's retention of natural goodness. Pills I'm told are too processed. I never tasted liquid fish oil so was hesitant to purchase it. But the Lemon Mint masks any fishy taste. My 3 1/2 y.o. and I have a teaspoon most everyday.

I've been using this Cod liver oil for about 2 months now. I bought it to help with my acne. I know some people might think that ingesting oil will wreak havoc on the skin, but that is not the case. In fact, since using this brand of cod liver oil, my skin glows. I can't explain it---it' like my skin is glowing from the inside and I love it. It also reduced the size of my pimples. Now, I don't have actual bumps, only slight blemishes. My skin is also really soft and dewy.

The taste is also tolerable. I have-as I like to refer to it- a "strong stomach"(Lol) which means I have a high tolerance for even the most disgusting tasting health products. I actual take this with no problems whatsoever. I take a teaspoon every night after dinner and wash it down with some cold water. Although it has a lemon minty flavor, you can still taste the "oil" a little, but it is still tolerable.

The only con would be the price. I get it from whole foods for almost $17 dollars and to a broke college student, that is alot of money. I'm just glad that I didn't waste my money on something that did not work. I bought another bottle a few days ago and I almost cried shelling out $17 dollars at the checkout, but it works so I will continue to purchase.

I've tried a lot of different Cod liver oils and this one certainly taste best. I wish we could get this through Amazon direct but RawReform ships pretty fast at the lowest cost. They also super pack it and it could survive an A-bomb blast. Better over packed than under, I suppose. Amazon Subscription would be helpful here too. Anyway, it's the best so look no futher.

I'm a big fan of Garden of Life products. Jordan Rubin(maker of GOL products)
has had his share of health problems and so have I. But this is one of my
favorites. I have read that cod liver oil helps with baby cradle cap...and
this definitly worked for mine. And its pure and natural...no harmful preservatives
in it.

This is hands down the best cod liver oil i have ever used. After about 5-7 days I could see a diffrence in my skin and I swear I even felt healthier and more energetic.... Maybe my healthy skin was putting the extra bounce in my step? I don't know, but I love it and will continue to use it! Much more effective than the capsules, which I never saw or felt results from, but I took for years because I though it was "good for me". The liquid form is instantly effective, and it really doesnt taste bad with the lemon flavor.... I wouldnt exactly drink it for desert or anything, but it is worth the iffy and slightly fishy taste!

This cod liver oil can be taken straight with no complaints heard from anyone in my family!
It has the full value of Vitamin A and vit. D (some other brands are stripped down...)

... Cod Liver Oil is the best single nutrient known to man, by far. It contains vitamins A and D in concentrations that cannot be found in other individual food sources as well as all of your essential "omega-3" fatty acids in a naturally occuring form.

It can improve hepatic function and generally strengthen the constitution against environmental toxins and what have you. Two moles that were damaged or affected by the sun's powerful ultra-violet rays seem to have stabilized since taking this product in conjunction with "Squalene - S" deep sea shark liver oil extract.

The quality of Cod Liver Oil varies widely. This particular brand is the best available on the market that we know of in pure liquid form and is of an exceptionally high quality. Highly recommended.

I have been using this product for several years and love it. Good skin products work on the surface.....this works from the inside out.

I've tasted better flavored cod liver oil, but the price is right on this product, and the service is fantastic. I often have it in 1-2 days! :)
