You'll design better paths with this book in your library.
Tara Dillard's book is full of inspiration for garden paths plus includes how-to information. I will never look at paths quite the same way after reading this book and refer to it whenever I am looking for inspiration. Dirt for me
Before I finished this book, I had decided that all garden paths look pretty much alike. Here in the desert, where we don't often have to worry about mud, I see no need for anything so elaborate. I'll stick to wandering through my yard on the critter paths.

Tara Dillard's book is full of inspiration for garden paths plus includes how-to information. I will never look at paths quite the same way after reading this book and refer to it whenever I am looking for inspiration.
I already had the book before I was on a garden tour last June and realized that I was in one of the gardens pictured in this book! I had already decided it was my favorite of all the gardens I viewed that day (out of 10 gardens) and Tara Dillard helped design this gorgeous gardener's delight. Of course, it had many paths which invited the visitor to explore and stop and view the plant details.
