This bird feeder does the trick!,
By Note that the suction cup attachment is a separate piece from the actual feeder - the feeder kind of hangs onto it. So, if you're looking for a feeder that is easy to remove and fill, this is it. However, if you need something that can withstand a strong wind and rainstorm, I'm a little skeptical - although it hasn't fallen yet!

My poor bald redbird!,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Garden Song 101-4 Dine Around Window Bird Feeder (Lawn & Patio)
Who knew that cardinals could go bald? Well, they can! I watched my proud red friend go from glorious to pitiful in a couple of months! I didn't even know they were territorial. But they are. This is his feeder. And his wife's! (Her name's Katie.) He boldly perches on the feeder, but she's a little cautious, prancing on the windowsill instead. No matter. He showers her with seeds! I love to see him with the morning sun on him, singing with his mouth full!
Oh, and other birds, too! Purple and house finches, goldfinches (Well, greenfinches -- I never seem to see them in their breeding plumage.) siskins, chickadees, titmice, various sparrows (on the windowsill, mopping up, not on the feeder). Even a woodpecker! Who knew? For people who have trouble with it not sticking, just be sure the window glass is clean, and wash the suction cups with soap and water before applying. It should stay put unless a squirrel hops on it.
