The heater is just ok, not great but seems to work. The box arrived in shreds, numerous dents and scratches on the base and pole. There were NO assembly instructions so it was basically trial and error putting this thing together. If you're in the market for a Natural Gas patio heater I would suggest you look elsewhere, the old saying "You get what you pay for" is extremely appropriate in this case. Why did I rate it 3 stars? Well it does warm the patio but the aggravation and "used" appearance made this purchase a very disappointing experience.

The item was received very fast. It was in good condition when it arrived. It was easy to put together. I was expecting a more stronger heat flame. The flame is very weak. You have to be close to the unit to feel any heat. I probably would have bought the propane patio heater if I had this to do over again.
