then NOW is the time for you to run, don't walk, to Amazon.com and order this great product. It is indeed colorful, not fading completely out like others. Garden time stays vibrant, and the texture is wonderful. We all love it for: goulash (color is not even spent here!) pasta salads, Alfredo, clams, and every little doo-dad you can think of. Just PERFECT with plain ol' butter and parmasan cheese / and, or / garlic. I believe, let me cogitate a second, yes, I believe my favorite aspect of this product has got to be the various shapes. They're NOT BORING! But act now, and avoid the rush when this review is read! I will order another case when this is ensnarfalated up.

I was initially a little worried that with all of the different shapes that they wouldn't cook at the same rate and I would have some not done and some mushy pasta, but that did not happen. It all cooked at the same rate and you end up with this beautiful dish of different shapes and colors. It really makes a gorgeous, tasty pasta.

Most "multi-colored" pastas lose both flavor and color with cooking, and you end up with a bunch of noodles that are sort of gray-ish and relatively bland.

NOT SO with this product! The flavors and colors hold up well in cooking. The mixture of shapes adds interest and vibrancy to any pasta dish.

I've used this pasta for baked chicken alfredo, for pasta with sausage and peppers, and for a quick pasta with marinara sauce. The flavor is excellent in all three dishes.

Although this is a 10-oz package, it cooks up to an amount equivalent to a 12-oz package of lower-quality pasta.

Finally -- this high-quality pasta is lower in calories and fat (and higher in fiber due to the veggies) than others -- which translates to lower points if you're on Weight Watchers: about 200 calories or 4 pts per generous serving.

All things considered, this is an excellent value.

I just received my shipment of this wonderful pasta. It was packed very well and nothing was broken or damaged. The box got to me fast too. The pasta is beautiful and I can not wait to make pasta salad out of some of it. You can not go wrong with this purchase!

Probably the most unique pasta you will find, and it will work in about any type of pasta dish if you are up for a change. It works with spaghetti and alfredo sauce, as well as butter sauce. It is fabulous as mac and cheese, and probably shines the best in pasta salad, where the al dente texture and beautiful colors and shapes can just pop through a nice homemade olive oil dressing.
