Being a new gardener, I was shocked to see all the bugs that started showing up in my backyard. Ones I had never seen before. How was I to know which were "naughty" bugs and which were "nice" bugs. I finally decided to buy Barbara's book. It has been so extremely helpful with identifying bugs in my garden as well as solutions to ridding my backyard of the pesky ones.

Good basic starter information for new gardeners. Serious gardeners and professionals should search other options. Book may be a bit dated given the 1994 copyright date and the lack of color photos.
