I ordered the color wheel for quilting and it is just what I wanted. It's large enough to view the colors and for this reason I have found it far more useful than the color wheel found in quilting shops. Since I love to garden flowers, I found the wheel quite useful. Previously I never thought to use a color wheel when chosing the flowers I wish to plant, but this season I took the wheel when I went to purchase flowers for the garden. One drawback, the shipping and handling is far too high. My husband ships many items, so I have a good knowledge of shipping costs and your cost was far too high.

Truly an asset when planning a garden, and most helpful to my wife with her artificial flower arrangements.

I LOVE my Gardener's Color Wheel, and highly recommend it to all gardeners, whether they are novice black thumbs (like me!) or Real Gardeners with an alphabet of horticultural degrees after their names like my friends, Jim and Elsie! I love Sydney Eddison's gardening books, and when I saw that she was the creative force behind this color wheel, I had to have one. It's durable, lightly laminated and flexible, which allows you to bend it against the plants in order to see the more subtle color variations up close. Since getting my color wheel I have been able to design truly beautiful, professional looking container plantings, a thing I could never have done before. I've also helped a number of people at garden stores to choose successful color combinations, and sent them home as True Believers, intent upon ordering their own color wheels. This is confusing to use. I bought it for my mom to help her match up colors for her quilts. It is hard for her to understand.
