As publisher of a garden webzine, I get asked a lot of gardening questions. This was one of the reasons I purchased this book. It has information on a lot of subjects other than plants, like the Master Gardener program, gardening tours,pest control, furniture for gardens, information about botanical gardens, etc. Although the web has made some of the references obsolete, I still feel this is a very handy book to have on a busy gardener's shelf.
