I bought this album looking for something ambient and calming to listen to. I am utterly pleased with the composition and style of this album. I get my finest moments out of it while I am listening to it with headphones in a dark room or when I am taking a walk in the uber cold temperatures. It also well suits my mindset whenever I have had a long day (not necssarily a bad day) and am in from the cold outside as I prepare a dinner for myself. It's just that sort of album which can function as perfect background music for just about evrything all the while helping you capture the moment rather than dominating the moment.

I had only heard one selection of this cd before I bought it but was not disappointed in the rest. We bought it for soothing music for my granddaughter and she loves it too. Would recommend to anyone (and have)

I am not a musician, and not a very sophisticated listener, just enjoy music. Selected this album because it did sound soothing. But the first several songs almost blurred, they sounded so similar. Have not gone all the way through the album. Would have like a little more variation in the pieces.

This CD goes in my alarm clock CD Player. It's great music to go to sleep to which is why I bought it,..very soothing.
