After much research and shopping around, I nervously ordered two of these chairs. When they came, they were beautiful, but one was smashed. I E-mailed Amazon and heard back from them in less than 10 minutes. They arranged to have UPS(the original shipper) pick up the damaged one. 3 days later I had a new one from FedEx.(No charge) They are well made and superior to any chair I had seen for hundreds more.

This chair is easily the most comfortable garden chair I have ever napped in. It is sturdy but of a portable weight. I am only sorry it is fall, and I won't have too much time left to use it until next spring.
