5.0 out of 5 stars Clever disguise for hideous chainlink fence
This willow fencing was just right for hiding the chain link fence that runs the length of one side of my yard and furthering the english garden image I'm trying to cultivate. You can see through it a little but with the shrubs and vines in front and back of it, the chain link fence has virtually disappeared and serves only to support the willow which is easily attached...

1.0 out of 5 stars acehardwareoutlet sucks!
I had been looking all over for this item to replace existing fencing. Thought I had finally found it and ordered one 3' package from Ace Hardware so I could test it. Placed my order, got a confirmation, thought I had checked an item off my to-do list .............. until I got an email from them wanting me to fax them an authorization form, a copy of a photo ID, a copy...

5.0 out of 5 stars Clever disguise for hideous chainlink fence, December 28, 2007
This willow fencing was just right for hiding the chain link fence that runs the length of one side of my yard and furthering the english garden image I'm trying to cultivate. You can see through it a little but with the shrubs and vines in front and back of it, the chain link fence has virtually disappeared and serves only to support the willow which is easily attached by twists of wire. It is not strong enough to be sturdy enough on its own- a dog or kid could crash through it--but they do say it will last several seasons and advise bringing it in during the winter season. We're not doing that though and will see how it holds up. The price is low enough that if it lasts a few years, that's fine and we'll just replace it. I saw other willow fences priced much higher through garden centers.

Placed my order, got a confirmation, thought I had checked an item off my to-do list .............. until I got an email from them wanting me to fax them an authorization form, a copy of a photo ID, a copy of my credit card, and other information I had already filled out online because of "security concerns." Don't know what THEIR security concerns are, but I am not sending photocopies of my ID, credit card, and a signed form for a one item order of less than $50!
