I haven't had a pair of Gargoyles in quite a while I have had the same pair of Oakleys for many years and have even sent them in to be refurbished a couple times. I wanted a new style and just couldn't justify the cost for a new pair at this time. So I looked into Gargoyls as I hadn't even thought about them for as many years. These looked great even fit well and I was told they looked good on me. I went on a trip recently about a 7 hour drive from early morning to late afternoon and about 2 to 3 hours in my nose began to hurt as if the glasses were brusing my nose. I'm not a little guy by any means and had adjusted the nose bridge to fit just right and they were comfortable for a while. The visual quality was great and I really wanted to keep them but couldn't have a pair of glasses that hurt after wearing them for many hours as I drive about 3000 miles a month.

Final thought... if you can handle the weight of these they are awesome.

These are really nice sunglasses. When I first unwrapped them I was amazed at how solid everything felt, maybe even a little "heavy". However, when I put them on they instantly disappeared and felt very natural. I attribute this to very good design. As viewed when wearing the glasses, the lenses have a nice yellow tint that is just right - not too dark and not too light. Great buy, thanks again Amazon.
