Series Summary
A darker cartoon series by Disney's standards, Gargoyles is about six creatures that live in medieval Scottish castle. They fly by night, but turn to stone in the day. Wrongly blamed for the death of a princess, the Gargoyles are put to sleep for a thousand years. When they awake, the Gargoyles find themselves in modern day New York City. Forced to adapt to their new home, they choose to defend the citizens of New York.
