I was a huge fan of the Sunshine Raisin Biscuits which Keebler no longer makes. These biscuits feature a thin layer of raisin paste in a thin layer of cookie. Garibaldi now appears to be the only maker of raisin biscuits. These are not as good as Keebler's Sunshines, but if you are a raisin biscuit fan they are fine. They are a little drier and the biscuit is a little less sweet and there is a little less raisin paste. However, they are still a great way to satisfy your raisin biscuit craving. They are especially good when accompanied by tea--I like Kalahari Red Tea, Highlands Honey, Tea Bag, 20-Count Boxes (Pack of 6) with them.

Great item. Just like the Sunshine Raisin cookies that you use to be able to buy.

As someone wrote earlier, these are thinner, less sweet, and drier, but welcome all the same to those of us who miss our domestic raisin biscuits. This isn't to say that Garibaldis are stale or somehow inferior in any way, because they aren't. Be advised, however. Each package contains two biscuits about 2 5/8" wide by 7 1/2" long. At that size, and for this price, you may as well order a case; it's cheaper and you won't run out before you get your nostalgia fix. I'm going to order a case right now...

I always loved Golden Fruit Raisin Biscuits when i was growing up. When they stopped making them i was so disappointed. This product is almost identical - same flavors but just a slightly fewer amount of raisins which makes them slightly dryer. Delicious all the same.

We were reminiscing about "squashed fly" cookies and I decided to check Amazon. Except for containing currants rather than raisins these are just what I was looking for. The price and shipping costs are reasonable and delivery was timely.

I've been looking for something to replace my Dad's favorite Sunshine Bakery cookies for years! I finally found these and he is a very happy old man now. I bought 3 packages and they were gone in no time! Wish I could thank the company for making my dad so happy!

I remembered these from childhood when they were available in stores here. I sure wish they would bring them back locally.

I am so glad I found these on Amazon - these cookies are the best if you like biscuits and fruit. And that reminds me, I need to buy more... mmmmm good!

In the past I was able to get a simular product from the grocery store. And since that product is no longer being made by Nabisco I branched out. In my searching is when I found Crawford's Garibaldi Biscuits.

They are definitely not the same, but I really enjoyed these and will order more.

I must be careful in the future. I have been very pleased with all my other Amazon orders. This was way too costly for small amount you receive. Also the cookies weren't real fresh. No more orders
of this cookie.
