Garmin Carabiner Clip for Colorado, Oregon, and Approach Series Handheld GPS

Works really well and use it to attach to my golf bag. Built rugged and I am comfortable this item will remain attached at all times.

Although it states it's for Colorado series, the mount is interchangeable with Oregon series which is what my Approach G5 is based on.

This mount is included with the Colorado series receivers. I use it all the time, especially when kayaking because I can clip it to the deck rigging with the receiver oriented to face me.

The clip itself has a soft-to-the-touch brushed aluminum feel to it, and so far has responded pretty well to the abuse that I've thrown at it, including significant amounts of time around salt water.

Its nice, I didn't know my colorado came with one so I bought this one, Its the same one that came in the box with my gps.

I was a little worried if this would stay put on my golf bag as I have an electric remote controlled cart that I walk a very challenging mountain course with over 40 times a year. Sometimes I forget to watch my cart and it tips over on a steep embankment. After a full season with this it has never came off even when the cart went over.

Great way to restrain your Garmin. I use a different carabiner, but most reliable way to hang onto your GPS

Got this carabiner clip as a replacement for the one that come with the Colorado - which was lost in a fire. The clip attatches securely, and is easy to take on and off. It's very handy for clipping into a backpack, kayak deck rigging, belt and such, and you've got your GPS right there to refer to. It flops around a bit and doesn't protect the GPS unit itself, so you need to bear this in mind depending on where and how you're using your GPS unit. I got a little neoprene carry case with a carabiner clip as well, for times when the GPS unit might get sctratched or bumped, and/or I don't need to refer to the information on the screen that often.

No problems-- does the job. It' sturdy, slides on easily, comes of easily. Never had it fall off on its own-- though it seams like it could and that worries me a little (however gravity and the direction of it's removal makes that unlikely- I think). Nothing amazingly impressive, not an "above and beyond" item, but meets expectations. Purchased for use with a Garmin Dakota 20

This clip holds my Garmin Approach securely. I can clip to my golf bag when I am walking, and not worry about it falling off, or getting damaged. Prompt delivery from Amazon.

Wanted something to secure my new Garmon Approach golf GPS. This carabiner fit the bill. I can clip it to my belt or hang it from my cart. Perfect product at a reasonable price.
