Get advanced fish-finding technology and a large display with the Garmin Fishfinder 160. The Fishfinder 160 transmits at 200 kHz with a sonar power output of 400 watts (RMS) and 3,200 watts (peak to peak) for a highly accurate picture to a maximum depth of 900 feet.
Garmin's See-Thru technology enables the sonar to hear weak and strong signals at the same time. A graphic whiteline presents a clear image of bottom hardness and structure, and the sounder detects fish even when they are suspended inside structure and thermoclines. Depth Control Gain automatically adjusts sensitivity according to depth.
View data on the Fishfinder 160's 4.2-inch LCD display with a resolution of 160 by 160 pixels. Display options include split-screen zoom, depth, temperature, speed through water, auto ranging, 2x and 4x auto and manual zoom, three fish symbol sizes, and an adjustment bar. A backlit keypad allows you to navigate the screen with cursor keys and enter data.
The Fishfinder 160 comes in a fully gasketed, high-impact plastic alloy case rated to be waterproof submerged for 30 minutes at a depth of 3.3 feet. This product comes with a protective front cover, mounting kit, wiring adapter cable, and a one-year warranty.
