Garmin Friction Mount and Carrying Case Kit for nüvi with 3.5-Inch and 4.3-Inch Displays

I needed to get a carrying case for my new gps, and most of the people who use the nuvi's use dashboard mounts, so this looked like a perfect combo.

This mount is very sticky, almost to everything. It is also very stable, no matter how sharp you take turns or stop.

The case is different then any I have seen, and is nice. The little connector stretches for 4" Nuvi's. I have theGarmin nüvi 265W 4.3-Inch Widescreen Bluetooth Portable GPS Navigator (without Traffic)

If you need both, this is an excellent deal.

The shipment was prompt and well packaged to.

This is a great mount. I've been using one for a little over a year and its worked great. W/ a new GPS, I needed to buy a new mount, so I purchased another one.

It contours to the dashboard of my car so it will fit on almost any car and should last almost forever! :-)

The case is a TIGHT fit on a GPS w/ a 4.3" screen, and it almost feels like the elastic string will snap, but it holds, and gets easier to put one after a few times.

It protects the GPS well. Overall great product by Garmin @ a great amazon price :)

The carrying case is quite attractive, but pretty small for a 4.3 Nuvi. I bought the 855, and although it fits you have to stretch the elastic so much you are afraid it will pop like a violin string. At the very least it is going to wear out the elastic. I plan on attaching another loop to the elastic so it doesn't have to stretch so far.

I got this for my sister to go with the Garmin Nuvi 2360LMT that I gave her for Christmas. I read the reviews and how some said the case was too small for a 4.3" screen and I bought it anyway. I'm not sure what devices the reviewers were using with the case, but the 2360LMT fits perfectly. There's an elastic loop that is used to close the case, and it stretches to accommodate the 4.3" screen. The device is completely enclosed and (in my opinion) fits rather nicely in the case.

The mount is also very nice. I personally have the bean bag mount which is rather bulky. It does the job, but sometimes it slides about and takes a lot of space to store in the console. This friction mount is MUCH better. It bends to mold with your dashboard, has a gel-like bottom for friction, and folds nicely for storage.

I recommend this mount and carrying case kit for anybody who buys a Garmin.

Ive use this product for about 4 years now and I really like how it stays on the dash. I would recommend this in a heart beat.
