I ordered the case before my new Zumo 550 Motorcycle GPS arrived. The case is solid and has a cool rubberized tire tread pattern front cover that will definitely protect the screen. Internally there is a little pocket for things like the security screw driver, spare SD memory cards, etc. The extra large zipper pulls make it handy to open if you have gloves on. All around it's a good case, but keep in mind that when you purchase the Zumo 550 GPS, it already comes with one, so you may not have to order this one unless you loose the one that comes with the GPS ;-). I say this because I ended up returning it when I discovered that I ended up with 2 (one from the GPS, and the other I had ordered with out knowing that the GPS came with one). Oh well live and learn. Amazon made it a simple process to return it.

Amazon suggested I buy the case. There was no reason to because one comes with the Zumo GPS.

Good sturdy case. It is a lot stronger and padded than the one that came with the Zumo 550.

It is exactly what it says it is. I don't know if it is any different from the OEM? I misplaced my original, this arrived, I started using it, and found my original. I really can not tell the difference.

What a nice case, sturdy, strong very well built. I bought mine a couple of years ago and it's been true blue. A small interior pocket holds a couple of extra SD cards and I use it on my motorcycles as well and I purchased the RAM locking mount and it holds the little screwdriver needed for that motocycle mount. Good item and nice tire track look on the front side. I'm hard to , but I'm impressed with it.

This is the OEM replacement for the case (which I lost) that comes standard with the zumo 550 GPS (and apparently the 450). The case is very sturdy and provides excellent protection for your navigational device when it's not in use. The exterior of the side that protects the front/screen of the GPS features a thick, durable rubber material and is modestly imprinted with "Garmin." The back side seems to be a lightly textured vinyl. The rest of the exterior seems to be a heavy, woven nylon material. The interior features a soft lining, as well as one neoprene business card-sized pocket. A heavy-duty dual zipper provides reliable performance. It's all stitched together to create one highly-durable case that fits the GPS like a glove while offering superior protection from scratches and minor impacts. It's an excellent quality accessory that does exactly what it's intended to do.

Nice fit for Zumo, keeps it from getting scratched up. Only point to make it better is to design some kind of storage area for power adapters or other accessories. Make sure if you are buying a zumo that you don't order a separate carrying case, I bought a new zumo and ordered a carrying case so I got two cases. I will read more closely next time.

check the Garmin site for what's in the box, unless you've lost yours or buying a used unit without the case, it comes with the unit.
