bought as additional mount for my other M/C. What you see is what you get.
Like others, thought cable might be included. (yea, right) Cheaper to purchase both together & save if you need a cable too. Garmin box included tiny screws for mounting wire plug and the four larger SS bolts and nuts for mounting your ball swivel or other attachment. Yes, the tiny special-cut security screwdriver was included too. 5 stars if the cable came with it...are you listening Garmin? didn't think so

The Garmin Zummo 550 is an excellent motorcycle NAV unit.
This mount is the only option I know of to mount it to the bike.
This mount replaced my original, after two seasons of riding, due to erosion of the plastic near the locking pins at the top, and one of the pins breaking off.
Also, the audio output through the headphone jack lost the left channel due to corrosion on the mount contact pins.
I don't know of any other mount for this NAV unit, so I will likely be buying one every year or two. (it lasted 20,000 miles on my Kawasaki Concours 1000, a very "buzzy" bike)

I have had my Zumo 550 for over two years now and ride my motorcycle in all kinds of weather. Recently I noticed that the battery was not being charged when the GPS was in the mount. I did a little troubleshooting and it appears something went wrong with the little connector pins at the bottom. This seems to be a common issue and the only thing you can do is replace the cradle if your GPS is out of warranty.

This is exactly like the cradle that comes with the 550. They even include the two tiny screws to hold the electrical connector in place. I am not happy about having to replace the cradle, but this one got me back up and running in no time. Also I smeared some di electric grease on the contacts to hopefully prevent future problems

Very satisfied with the garmin motor cycle mount, just don,t know way the frist one went bad,for the price you would think they would last longer than a year, although I would recommend this product to others, Thank you, Jesse Lucks

This is a replacement for the original cradle that came with my Zumo 550. The electrical contact pins at the bottom seem to be a problem. One of them froze and one broke off, rendering the GPS inoperable.

This is the perfect mount for Garmin's Zumo series GPS units. And why not - it's made specifically by Garmin for these units. Perfect fit, rugged build, and easy to use. Not much else to say... ;-)

The Garmin motorcycle mounting bracket for Zumo is just what I needed for mounting on my motorcycle. Combined with the power cable for Zumo 550 as well as other mounting parts, this system provides direct power and up-front viewing of the Zumo.

This is the correct image, but the mount is actually for a Garmin Zumo GPS, not the StreetPilot 2820. I already had one mount for my Zumo 550, and took a chance that the image was correct even tho the title was for a 2820, and luckily I was right.

The product was exactly what it said it was. Nothing more. Nothing less. I was surprised to find it did not come with a new cable.

Caution when buying from this vender !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This item came incomplete, no mounting hardware, no key to lock the mount closed. None of the stuff garmin included with the mount. I called the vender, he claimed he would take care of it and nothing. Not your typical Amazon transaction. Very dissapointed.
