Good protection
This cover fits the Garmin 140 fishfinder nicely and provides good protection for the screen and buttons during transport, etc. Price is a little high, though.

Cover should be a case
The cover is just fine, however you remove the unit and place the cover on it for storage. It would be better if the unit was in a case to protect the pins on the back. The cover does nothing to protect the back.

I bought this thinking I wanted to protect my investment (Depth Finder).. however a cover came right in the box.. when I bought the darn thing... so now I have two.. but it works!
