Product Description

While your Edge 800 or Edge 500 GPS comes with two of these Quarter Turn Bike Mounts, what if you lose one and like to ride with your Garmin GPS on more than one bike -- perhaps on your road and mountain bikes? Luckily you can purchase them separately here. The Garmin Quarter Turn Bike Mount secures quickly and easily to your stem or handlebars without tools, using sturdy O-rings. You'll get four O-rings -- two of each size -- so you can install the mount on any size handlebars and stems -- wing shaped, round or oval. Once installed, you be able to move your Garmin Edge 800 from bike to bike with ease, and with the simplicity of the mount, you'll be ready to ride in 30 seconds or less.

It's a mount, it works and holds my Garmin 500 on my bike.

Likewise, the quarter-turn insert and release mechanism is secure, reliable, quick, and very easy to use.
Jonathan Shelly
The mount is identical to the unit that came with the Garmin, and it works perfectly!

These are the exact same mounts that came with my Edge 500. However, there are TWO complete sets of mounts in each package. The description should have said this because I ordered 5 mounts and ended up with 10. Even Garmin's site shows a photo of one set not two. Now if I could only order an Omega Speedmaster and get 2 for the price of one life would be sweet!

I was happily surprised that the package actually includes two mounts. Now I have one for both my road and triathlon bike. Mount can be used for both the Garmin Edge and Forerunner 310XT (with quick release adapter installed) models.

The description says this mount is for the Edge 500 but it also works with the Edge 200 and the 800. It's the quarter turn bike mount that comes with your GPS so if you're happy with the factory mount then this is what you want. It's simple and fast to use and creates a solid hold for the GPS. Best of all, two mounts are included in the package.

This is same as the mount that comes with the Garmin Edge 800. The variety of rubber bands allow it to be mounted on a variety of different tubes - parallel or perpendicular to the direction of travel. I have one mounted on the stem of one bike and on aero bars' cross tube on another. These mounts hold the Edge securely - not only on smooth rides, but also on mountain trails, rattling boardwalks, ...

compared to the edge 305 mount with the "tab" this thing is golden! A quarter turn and it's on no matter the ride...to include mountain biking!! Great system...

I needed some more bike mounts to use with 910xt and the quick release kit. These are identical to the ones that come in the 910xt's quick release kit.

This is the mount you need, and surprisingly Garmin is selling them at a completely reasonable price. The mount is simple to install, and the GPS clips to the mount with a reassuring feeling. I trust them.

I bought this item because I have four bikes (an all weather commuter, a good traditional road bike, a very cool recumbent, and a hit-the-trails mountain bike), and I got tired of switching mounts from bike to bike. This two-pack solved my problem perfectly. The item is identical to the original manufacturer's equipment (OME), and satisfactory in exactly the way the original equipment is. Which is to say, that the Garmin 705 that I have tends, on bumpy roads/trails, to drift forward or backward a bit over time, despite using the tighter elastic bands. Not a real problem, but I do notice it from time to time.
