Does not take, even on prebleached hair~,

i prebleached (which you arent supposed to need to do before using high-lift tints, but i wanted to be certain my hair was light enough to receive blonde color) to the yellow-orange stage, not pale yellow... And the product barely changed the tone of my hair, made it a little ashy maybe, but not enough to feel i had changed enough from the bleached color. So i ended up purchasing professional dye (wella koleston perfect) and got the results i was looking for...although i ended up having to adjust that shade too, but that's another story. This dye is weak, even with the 30vol developer included. Perhaps why it has been discontinued.
