I'll be the first to admit I'm not a domestic-princess, particularly in the culinary arts... but this is so much more than a cookbook. This is an entertaining discussion of how food is so much a part of our lives!You'll find lots of photographs and many amusing anecdotes about how food warms our hearts as well as our stomachs. If you've never "read" a cookbook, then this is the one to begin with ~ you will LOVE it! Oh yes, and there ARE lots of recipes and hints - for a beginner or a seasoned cook - nicely categorized and waiting for you and your family's tastebuds. |
