Weather you are a chef at a fine restraunt or just a cook at home trying to impress someone this book is a helpful tool to turning a 3 dollar plate into a 20 dollar plate. The cost of garnishing a plate no more than 1 dollar. The book provides a good amount of garnishs for complimating plates. I have used the book in my field of work and now I have a hard time getting it back from my fellow employees.
