We purchased this flashlight over 5 years ago and are amazed how happy we are with it. It has outlasted every other flashlight we have bought since and is very handy in emergencies. We have it in our kitchen and when the power goes out, it lights up our entire kitchen plus the family room and gives the children comfort when those inevitable Florida thunderstorms knock out the power. We could not find this model when we were last minute Christmas shopping this year and bought two others. They are vastly inferior, the biggest complaint is they do NOT turn on when the power goes out - they only leave on a very hard to see nightlight. I will now know better and buy my next one through Amazon and save the hassle. Keep with a proven product you are happy with! (Consumer class 101).

This flashlight performs well but one drop and forget it. We have gone through 2 of them and I feel it should be built to withstand a single drop on linoleum. I will change brands this time.

I run a bed and breakfast and needed power out lights for my insurance. I plugged these in all the rooms and forgot about them. Then the power went out. We live in a remote town and it is DARK. Having the light come on is reassuring. They didn't last very long, about an hour, but good enough to get you set up with candles. We also have cranking flashlights which is good, our power was out for 4 days.

This product would be great if it works as designed. However, the Flashlight's rechargable batteries went out after a few months if usage. Bought another one afterward and it broke again in about the same duration.

I really enjoyed this lamp, but it broke in a amonth and it's not easy to fix.

THIS PRODUCT COMES IN REAL HANDY IN A BLACKOUT. THERE'S NO SEARCHING FOR CANDLES AND IF THERE IS A SEARCH FOR CANDLES YOU HAVE LIGHT TO FIND THEM. YOU ALWAYS KNOW WHERE IT IS.

This is a great product, and a very practical one for the everyday household. No installation necessary--just plug it into an electrical outlet. Easy to use. And best of all, the batteries are replaceable so it is a lifetime product.

I already had one that I had used for several years and decided to buy two more--pleased to see they are still being made because so many items these days are way too complicated and too high tech. This unit is reliable, easy to use and affordable.

This is also a practical gift to give to people for a wedding present or moving in to a new home.

Five stars for sure!! Unfortunately it's made in China, but it seems like everything is these days.

This product is excellent. We have looked all over trying to find a rechargeable flashlight that was not LED and this is it!! Thank you for a quality product at a great price.

This flashlight was purchased with the hope of having a good dependable tool in the event of a power outage. And it is a good flashlight to use for outside work that one needs a strong beam. I am very happy with it. I bought a
Garrity #KE700GST06N Flashlight/Night Light that was bigger and looked much like one that I had before that put a
spotlight on trees a hundred and fifty yards away, but the flashlight was not as good as advertised. The Garrity
E300 is every thing as advertised. Much better than the Garrity #KE700GSTO6N.

This is a great device for the elderly because they can find it stays in one location. It also provides light during a power failure so a hallway near the bedrooms is a good location. I just bought a 2nd one as the rechargeable battery lasts about 5-6 years.
