The display's VESA-standard mounting platform, removable base, and supporting bolt pattern let you hang the monitor on the wall for a stylish, minimalist look (please note that wall-mounting brackets are not included). The monitor is a mere one-third the depth of equivalent-sized traditional CRT monitors, and it uses about half the power, making it ideal for those tight on desktop space and discretionary income.
Conveniently, the FPD1930 offers both an analog and a digital interface. The analog interface uses the same convenient connection as a traditional monitor (15-pin mini D-sub), while the digital interface (DVI) produces a superior picture with up to high-definition resolution. (The DVI connection also requires a digital graphics card.)
What's in the Box
Monitor, 15-pin mini D-sub analog VGA connection cable, 24-pin DVI digital connection cable, user's manual, and warranty information

Customer Service severely lacking,

Bought this product 3 months ago and for the most part I would say it's a good product in its price range. Unfortunately mine died 3 months later and that's when the nightmare started. It took me almost an hour to convince the service agent that she neded to replace the monitor, not have me send it in for repair which would have taken weeks. I was promised that in 3-5 business days I would be receiving the replacement, after I placed an $85 deposit.
After 9 days of waiting I called back just to be informed that they were out of stock and that it could be anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 months before I would have a replacement. I asked if I could pay the difference and upgrade so at least I'd have a monitor and was told this was not possible. Asked if they would work it out with Best Buy, where it was bought, to give me a replacement since they had many in stock, but was told this too was not possible. Asked if I could just send the entire computer package back for a refund, and once againt this was not an option. Next spoke to a customer service manager who was equally useless and who ultimately hung up on me. Went to the HR manager at corporate office who like all the others was unwilling to provide any suggestions except wait until they get restocked, up to six months. When I tried to explain to her that this was not an option, and that this in my view was poor customer service, she hung up. It's now been 12 days and I have no idea when I'll see a replacement for a product that died completely after just 3 months of use. Machines break, that I understand, and in those instances customers should expect a company to be understanding and if necessary, provide them with options. This is something Gateway seems incapable of doing. For this reason I will never again buy their product, and would caution you before you make the decision to buy their product.

Gateway Has really bad customer service[/size]: I spent $2800.00 on custom laptop for gaming. after 24 days it crapped out.... The Gateway policy is that YOU have to pay them $45.00 for them to send you a box to ship it back to them to fix it! after they had it back for over 10 days and still didn't know what is wrong with it or when I would get it back...I told them to just send me my money back and they got downright nasty with me. I talked with two people in customer service and they told me there was nobody else to talk with "NO returns after 15 days" "They will just fix it and send it back"
I am so disappointed with Gateway. I also had to sign a form that came with the $45.00 return box that said I would approve the charges to my credit card for any "uncoverd repairs that were needed" If This form is not signed; Gatway will simply return the laptop in the condition they received it in. I've only had this laptop for 24 days !!!!!! I will never buy Gateway again Don't you make the same mistake. I was told for sombody to come to my house to fix it was only if I bought the "extra plan" but found out that when they come over they just put it in a box most of the time anyway. Ther is NO service center for Gateway unless you "want to bring it to Texas" !!!! I am still without my system or any idea when I will see it ....I don't even want it I just want my money back $2800.00 plus my $45.00 !!!!
